Unique Welsh Stays has a collection of five, exclusive accommodations set in the heart of the Welsh countryside. With breath-taking views and luxury features, each accommodation has its own bespoke character and sleeps between 2 and 14 guests. The Beginning
2004
David and Nerys started Unique Welsh Stays as just Bedw Barn, realising this niche market 16 years ago, they both designed Bedw Barn purposely as holiday let for larger groups with beautiful leisure facilities.
David built all 4 properties on his family run farm, which has been in the family for 4 generations. With farming not what it was, we believed diversification was the key to sustain the farm.
Growth
2014
10years had passed since Bedw Barn was built and with popularity increasing year on year and with the business becoming more established, we decided to increase our offering & built the Cwtch!
The Cwtch was built as the perfect romantic getaway with incredible views, its own hot tub & a sauna!
Green Lane
2018
In 2018 we purchased Green Lane Cottage from a neighbour, which could sleep up to 10 people! With Bedw Barn fully booked throughout the year there was a clear demand for holiday properties for larger groups.
Expansion
2020
With The Cwtch booked up all year round and with us continually being asked if we had any other one bed properties, we decided complete our Unique Welsh Stays offerings & we built another two, one bed cottages on the farm, The Hideaway & Oakview which were completed in the summer of 2020.
