Oakview is a contemporary, oak framed barn nestled within the mid-Wales countryside, perfect for a couples retreat. The cottage has open plan design with high quality furnishings throughout the well-equipped kitchen, sitting and dining areas.  Triple bi-fold doors, floor to ceiling glass panels and a stable-type front door allow you to enjoy the scenery from inside, or easily access the enclosed garden and patio, with the feature of a private hot tub tucked away to one side.

 

The large bedroom features a wall of glass to the front elevation, maximising the views from the comfort of your king size bed, or the free standing, copper bathtub.  For your privacy, there are remotely controlled window blinds and a separate, wet-style bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

 

This dog friendly destination allows the first pet free of charge and provides designated dog exercising areas and outdoor wash areas.  The garden and patio area is enclosed within fenced area, providing secure containment for dogs. Walkers (and dogs) love this part of Wales for the number and diversity of footpaths. You may walk beside the River Severn, along Offa's Dyke, the Kerry Ridgeway route, the Severn Way or the Source of the Severn, to name but a few.
